Ingrédients
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes – 2 lbs potatoes, 4 cloves garlic, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup butter
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts – 1 lb Brussels sprouts, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper
- Honey-Glazed Carrots – 1 lb carrots, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp butter
- Caesar Salad – 1 head romaine, 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, croutons, parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Peel and chop potatoes, boil until tender.
- Drain potatoes, add garlic, milk, and butter, then mash.
- Trim Brussels sprouts, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast Brussels sprouts at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Peel and slice carrots, sauté with honey and butter until tender.
- Chop romaine for salad, mix in dressing, croutons, and cheese.

- Prepare the mashed potatoes ahead of time and reheat.
- Brussels sprouts can be made in advance and warmed before serving.
- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
