Ingrédients

  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts – 1 lb Brussels sprouts, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper
  • Honey-Glazed Carrots – 1 lb carrots, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp butter
  • Caesar Salad – 1 head romaine, 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, croutons, parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop potatoes, boil until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes, add garlic, milk, and butter, then mash.
  3. Trim Brussels sprouts, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast Brussels sprouts at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Peel and slice carrots, sauté with honey and butter until tender.
  6. Chop romaine for salad, mix in dressing, croutons, and cheese.
