Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, protein powder, honey, and coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Spoon a layer of the peanut butter mixture into each liner.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer in each liner.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Remove from liners and enjoy.
