Protein peanut butter cups are a delicious and nutritious treat packed with protein and flavor.

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, protein powder, honey, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Spoon a layer of the peanut butter mixture into each liner.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer in each liner.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from liners and enjoy.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Use any protein powder flavor you prefer.
- Substitute maple syrup for honey if desired.
