- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and spread evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit pieces in the dish.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
- This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
