Description
A delicious twist on the classic Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits, transformed into a pizza.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add cheddar cheese and cold butter; mix until crumbly.
- Pour in milk and stir until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit a pizza pan.
- Place the dough on the pizza pan and spread pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, bacon, and green onions over the sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
