Description
A delicious lobster pizza inspired by Red Lobster’s famous dish.
Ingrédients

- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add chopped lobster meat on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle diced red bell pepper and green onions over the lobster.
- Drizzle olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Feel free to add other toppings like spinach or mushrooms.
- Serve with extra Alfredo sauce on the side for dipping.
