Description

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup scallops, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the flour and stir for 2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Add the lobster, shrimp, scallops, mixed vegetables, and Old Bay seasoning.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the mixture into a pie dish.
  8. Cover with the pie crust and seal the edges.
  9. Cut slits in the top of the crust for steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the filling.
  • Use fresh seafood for the best taste.
