Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup scallops, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and stir for 2 minutes to create a roux.
- Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth.
- Add the lobster, shrimp, scallops, mixed vegetables, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a pie dish.
- Cover with the pie crust and seal the edges.
- Cut slits in the top of the crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine to the filling.
- Use fresh seafood for the best taste.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
