Description
A flavorful and hearty seafood boil featuring fresh lobster and a variety of shellfish.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined
- 1 lb crab legs
- 4 ears of corn, cut in half
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and salt to the boiling water.
- Add potatoes and corn; cook for 10 minutes.
- Add lobsters and crab legs; cook for another 8-10 minutes.
- Finally, add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink.
- Drain the pot and transfer seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
- Melt butter and drizzle over the seafood.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the dish before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the seafood.
- Serve with additional lemon wedges and melted butter for dipping.
- You can add other seafood like clams or mussels if desired.
