Ingrédients

  • 2 lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
  • 1 lb shrimp, deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and salt to the boiling water.
  3. Add potatoes and corn; cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add lobsters and crab legs; cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  5. Finally, add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink.
  6. Drain the pot and transfer seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
  7. Melt butter and drizzle over the seafood.
  8. Squeeze lemon juice over the dish before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on the size of the seafood.
  • Serve with additional lemon wedges and melted butter for dipping.
  • You can add other seafood like clams or mussels if desired.
