  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg, food coloring, and vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
