Instructions

- Add lemon juice and mix until fully incorporated.
- Transfer icing to piping bags and pipe designs onto parchment paper.
- Allow designs to dry completely, usually 24 hours.

- Use food coloring to tint icing for different designs.
- Keep a damp cloth over the icing to prevent it from drying out while working.
