Description
Decorative royal icing transfers for Valentine’s Day.
Ingrédients

- 1 egg white or 3 tablespoons meringue powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Food coloring (red, pink, white)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and egg white or meringue powder.
- Add cream of tartar and mix until smooth.
- Divide icing into separate bowls and color as desired.
- Pipe designs onto parchment paper using piping bags.
- Let the transfers dry for at least 24 hours.
- Carefully peel off and use on cookies or cakes.
Notes
- Make sure the icing is thick enough to hold its shape.
- Store unused transfers in an airtight container.
