Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and nuts.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool slightly, then roll them in powdered sugar.
  9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
