- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion.
- Drain excess fat and mix in rice, sauerkraut, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with cream of mushroom soup and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
