Description
A quick and easy sausage and cabbage stir fry packed with flavor.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in cabbage and ginger, cook until cabbage wilts.
- Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
