Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
- Increase heat and bring to a boil without stirring.
- Cook until mixture reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and add flavoring and food coloring.
- Quickly pour mixture onto a greased surface or lollipop molds.
- Insert lollipop sticks while still warm.
- Let cool completely before removing from molds.
