Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
  3. Increase heat and bring to a boil without stirring.
  4. Cook until mixture reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer.
  5. Remove from heat and add flavoring and food coloring.
  6. Quickly pour mixture onto a greased surface or lollipop molds.
  7. Insert lollipop sticks while still warm.
  8. Let cool completely before removing from molds.
