Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Cut the slipper lobsters in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto the lobster halves.
- Place the lobsters on the grill, shell side down.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
