- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place potatoes, corn, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Add water and Old Bay seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add shrimp and lemon slices.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Season with salt to taste before serving.
