A delicious dessert combining snickerdoodle cookies and apple filling.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spread the apple mixture in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and remaining sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough over the apple mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute other fruits for apples.
