A delicious twist on traditional banana bread with the flavor of snickerdoodles.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle on the batter.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- For extra flavor, add nuts or chocolate chips.
