Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add melted butter and mix well.
  4. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle on the batter.
  9. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
