Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mix evenly on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
