Delicious snickerdoodle bars with a cinnamon sugar topping.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Spread the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mix evenly on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- These bars freeze well.
- Adjust cinnamon sugar to taste.
