  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan.
  8. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares.
