Description
Deliciously soft and chewy snickerdoodle brownies with a cinnamon sugar topping.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts.
