Chocolate treat for Valentine’s Day

- 100g butter
- 150g sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 100g flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease and line a baking pan.
- Melt dark chocolate and butter together.
- Mix sugar into the melted chocolate.
- Add eggs one at a time, stirring well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
