A simple guide to making sous vide lobster.

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
- Butterfly the lobster tails and season with salt and pepper.
- Place lobster tails in a vacuum-sealed bag with butter.
- Seal the bag and submerge it in the water bath.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Remove the lobster from the bag and serve with lemon.
Notes
- Ensure the lobster is fresh.
- Do not overcook the lobster.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
