Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
  2. Butterfly the lobster tails and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place lobster tails in a vacuum-sealed bag with butter.
  4. Seal the bag and submerge it in the water bath.
  5. Cook for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the lobster from the bag and serve with lemon.
