Instructions
- Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell down the center.
- Gently lift the lobster meat from the shell and place it on top.
- Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
- Add butter and lemon juice into the bag.
- Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
- Submerge the bag in the water bath and cook for 1 hour.
- Remove the lobster from the bag and serve immediately.
