Description

Sous vide lobster tail is a simple and precise method to cook lobster tail to perfection.


Ingrédients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell down the center.
  3. Gently lift the lobster meat from the shell and place it on top.
  4. Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
  5. Add butter and lemon juice into the bag.
  6. Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
  7. Submerge the bag in the water bath and cook for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the lobster from the bag and serve immediately.

  • Adjust cooking time for larger lobster tails.
  • Use fresh lobster for the best taste.
