Description
A delicious steak and lobster dinner perfect for two.
Ingrédients

- 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut in wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- While the steaks are cooking, prepare the lobster tails by cutting them in half lengthwise.
- Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for about 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove steaks and lobster from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the steaks and lobster with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.

- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
