  • 1 lobster tail

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. In a separate pot, boil water and cook the lobster tail for 6-8 minutes.
  5. In a small pan, melt butter and add minced garlic.
  6. Remove the lobster from the shell and place it beside the steak on a plate.
  7. Drizzle garlic butter over the steak and lobster.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
