Instructions

- While the water is heating, prepare the lobster tails by cutting the shells down the middle.
- Once the water is boiling, place the lobster tails on the steaming rack.
- Cover the pot and steam the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes.
- Check for doneness; the meat should be opaque and white.
- Remove the lobster tails from the pot and serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
