  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  4. Add softened butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  5. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cakes cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
  9. Layer cakes with whipped cream in between and on top.
  10. Garnish with additional strawberries.
