Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.

- Feel free to add more toppings like jalapeños or avocado.
