Ingrédients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
