  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb potato wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In another bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread potato wedges on another baking sheet.
  7. Bake wings and wedges for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. Serve wings with ranch dressing for dipping.
