Ingrédients

- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 4 sheets nori
- 1/2 pound fresh tuna, diced
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a pot; bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until dissolved.
- Stir the vinegar mixture into the cooked rice; let cool.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a layer of sushi rice on nori, leaving a border.
- Add avocado, cucumber, and tuna in the center.
- Roll tightly into a log shape.
- Use a heart-shaped mold to cut the roll into heart shapes.
- Serve with soy sauce.
