- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
- Toss the wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
- Serve hot as a game day snack.
