Description
Crispy and tender tempura lobster served with a dipping sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the lobster tails by removing the meat and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cold water and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip lobster pieces into the batter and carefully place them in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Use cold water for a crispier batter.
- Adjust frying time based on the size of lobster pieces.
