- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peaches and half of the sugar.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, flour, remaining sugar, and vanilla.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Add the peaches on top of the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
