Ingrédients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add lobsters and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  3. In a pan, melt butter and add garlic.
  4. Remove lobsters from water and let them cool.
  5. Split lobsters in half and brush with garlic butter.
  6. Broil for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
