- 2 whole lobsters
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lobsters in salted water for 8-10 minutes and remove them from the pot.
- Let the lobsters cool, then split them in half lengthwise.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Place the lobster halves on a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
