A turkey pesto sandwich with fresh ingredients.


Ingrédients

  • 4 ounces of sliced turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto
  • 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey, mozzarella, spinach, and tomato on one slice.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until cheese melts.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve.
