Description
A turkey pesto sandwich with fresh ingredients.
Ingrédients

- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
- Handful of spinach leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, mozzarella, spinach, and tomato on one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until cheese melts.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve.

- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
- Can substitute turkey with chicken.
- Add avocado for extra creaminess.
