  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Remove the turkey giblets and pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the turkey with softened butter, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Season the turkey inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
  5. Place the turkey on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
  6. Pour vegetable broth into the pan.
  7. Roast the turkey for about 3-3.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
