Ingrédients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • Assorted tea bags

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
  6. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool before serving.
  10. Serve with sliced strawberries and whipped cream alongside tea.
