Description
A fun and festive take on classic deviled eggs for Valentine’s Day.
Ingrédients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red food coloring
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash and mix until smooth.
- Divide the yolk mixture in half.
- Add red food coloring to one half and mix well.
- Fill half of the egg whites with the red yolk mixture and the other half with the plain mixture.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of food coloring for desired shade.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
