  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup crab meat
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Skewer cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves on toothpicks.
  3. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers.
  4. Mix shrimp, avocado, cream cheese, crab meat, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on each square.
  7. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  8. Brush with egg wash and place on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.
