  4. Gradually add granulated sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients gently.
  6. Add food coloring and mix until combined.
  7. Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Let them sit for 30 minutes to form a skin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool completely.
  10. Fill with buttercream or ganache and sandwich together.
