  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 4 hours at room temperature.
  5. Shape the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
  7. Score the top of the dough and place it in the oven.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
