- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package phyllo pastry
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and chives.
- Layer phyllo pastry sheets in a baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto the pastry and spread evenly.
- Top with diced vegetables.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and brush the top with butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve with a side of dipping sauce.
