Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Stir in yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into a heart.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
