Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Dip each slice of brioche in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Place the coated bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve with fresh strawberries and maple syrup.

- You can substitute brioche with any thick bread.
