Delicious cake balls perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingrédients

- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake in a 9×13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Crumble the cake into a large bowl.
- Add cream cheese frosting and mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Place back on the baking sheet and add sprinkles on top.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Use different colored sprinkles for variety.
