  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add oil, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  8. Frost with your favorite icing and add sprinkles.
