Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add egg, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Stir in boiling water until smooth.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost with buttercream frosting.
- Top with red and pink sprinkles.
