Ingrédients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate.
  3. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder or your choice of toppings.
  8. Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
