Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic and asparagus to the skillet.
- Pour in red wine and bring to a simmer.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add butter, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
